Each 1/4 will hang around 130-150#, and will yield approximately 75-90# of packaged meat. Extra costs would be having your meat vacuum packed, stew meat, grinding, jerky, summer sausage, or snack sticks made. Deposit is $250. Whole cow costs $5.10, and 1/2 a cow costs $5.20 per pound hanging weight.
